At the beginning of our cooperation, we conduct a full training needs analysis. We tailor all training to each participant’s needs and propose adjusted training methods, training materials (user manual, instruction movie, etc.), additional tasks before or after training, time, and the training venue. As part of the training & adoption assurance program provided, the client is supported by our team of trainers and consultants and a dedicated Product Owner, who manages the entire training project and communicates with the client on an ongoing basis.

AMX Germany GmbH started the cooperation with Cloudity at the end of December 2020. We entrusted Cloudity with the implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
