What is Salesforce Outsourcing?

Salesforce outsourcing is a method of supplying the project team with appropriate specialists or supplementing the missing competences in the internal IT department.

This is a good solution for companies that run projects in the Salesforce area on their own, but:

  • lack specific competences or
  • want to expand the project team to speed up the work.

It is also an effective way to support the ongoing maintenance of the internal Salesforce system. Salesforce outsourcing will provide you with constant access to the Salesforce system administrator without the need to hire a person for this position.

HOW WE WORK
Action Plan

1. Arrangement

Before starting the cooperation, we sign a framework agreement with the client. It defines the general terms of cooperation and the method of settlement. It also allows placing orders for the work of architects, consultants, and developers.

2. Skill range

In the next step, the customer specifies the scope of skills that the person or persons supporting the project should have, as well as the range of hours, as part of the order. We accept work orders from 80 hours a month. In the case of individual customer requirements, we determine them at the time of ordering.

3. Provision of resources

After placing an order, we provide a quote within three days. It will be influenced by the number of hours, experience, and skills of the persons needed to complete the order. Then we assign the client the appropriate resources and start cooperation. At the end of each month, we send an overview of the hours delivered under the order, along with the work specifications.

4. Settlement

The last part is the invoice issued at the end of each calendar month. We settle accounts with clients on one invoice per month, regardless of the number of hours delivered or the scope of work performed.
